Cancellation Policy
Deposit & ID: A cash deposit of 5,000 THB is required before using the studio. Bring your Original Passport or Thai ID, we will take a picture of it at the studio Damage & Responsibility: The renter is fully responsible for any damage to studio equipment, furniture, or the room. Damages must be paid in full. Surveillance: The studio is monitored by CCTV 24/7 for safety and security purposes. Usage Rules: – No smoking at the Staircase , no food, and no drinks allowed inside the studio Room – Maximum 3 people allowed at a time, unless agreed otherwise – Treat all equipment with care and respect Cancellation: Studio time must be used as booked.
